Today was such a great day. I suffered worked out with a friend of mine at the gym. I even convinced her to do another BodyRock workout with me! (She pretends she won't totally go to bodyrock.tv when she wants a good work out when we don't live together after graduation in May) I cycled 10 miles in a bit over 30 minutes and then we completed the Amazing Abs Workout.
I'm sure I'll feel this workout tomorrow. My arms already hurt!!
Food for today:
Brunch: small salad (lettuce, chickpeas, and balsamic vinaigrette) and a turkey, provolone, lettuce and tomato flat bread panini! Yummm!
